Alzheimer's Clinic

The Age Matters Alzheimer's clinic is staffed with caring professionals who have vast expertise and interest in aging & dementia. Many of our clinic staff are also actively involved in Alzheimer's research. We work together to service the Toronto community to assist patients and their families cope with this debilitating condition. Our focus is on older Alzheimer's patients, and on those with early-stage dementia.

Our clinic provides geriatric assessment and diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders for patients throughout Toronto, including care and support for the affected individual and immediate family members. Our staff includes geriatric specialists, social workers, and genetic counsellors.
